30-day returns

If you're not happy with your deck, email the address on your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Decks must be unused and in their original packaging.

What we can't take back

Once recipes have been written in a deck, or it has been mailed on to someone else, we can't accept it as a return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping, unless your deck arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. In that case, we'll cover it.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you.

Canceling an order

You can cancel before your order ships. Email the address on your order confirmation as soon as you can.
